    Parcel arrived on time ,unfortunately the courier dropped the parcel near my front door and the plastic box containing the pressure gauge was broken .The courier apologised and took the parcel and the supplier sent a replacement straight away. The courier was honest ,the supplier quick to respond , things happen in life so all turned out fine. In the end all was good.

    I found it difficult to source this part that I needed. Over a dozen companies replied to my query. Two said that they could help me. One quoted a ridiculous price. All of the others said they couldn’t help. This seller delivered within four days, not stupidly overpriced and it was exactly what I required. Too marks.

    Great advice and service from MyApplianceSpares. Ensured part was correct for the model of my appliance before dispatch, which was appreciated as I was about to order the wrong thing. Despite being a day late on delivery, due to a Post Office failure, all was as described by the seller. Would certainly have no issue with using them again.

    After a small delay in shipping, quickly sorted my messaging the seller who followed up with Royal Mail, the part arrived well wrapped and in the genuine Samsung box. As listed, it's brand new and still has the protective film in place.

    Bought to replace broken drawer , seller was a great help confirming drawer would fit my model freezer. arrived as stated, no damage and well packaged. Good price compared to buying from Samsung direct.
