  Sent me a broken item (packaging was not damaged). Contacted seller, opened a return request. Seller responds a day later ok return it. After waiting another day I respond that they haven't approved the return request. Another day later they say they'll process the return tomorrow. Return is never approved. Eventually the case is escalated to eBay and they give me a refund. Just a waste of my time. How can they respond to my message but not be able to approve a return?
