  Product arrived in a great timeframe with original Packaging with a quality Appearance. After product arrived one of the items leaked All over the packaging. Emailed the seller and was totally taken care of. Seller went above and beyond by refunding the damaged product.   Shipping was fast, the condition of the package was worn. (It was a previously opened box) I purchased it with that Knowledge. However, the Battery would not take a charge after more than 24 Hours . Battery was dead! I contacted the seller, and he quickly refunded my money. That was not a problem. That’s why I give the seller a positive review.

  I did not receive the item I ordered. I ordered the Dreamwear cpap headgear with three different size nasal cushions. I received the Dreamwisp headgear instead. Not what I ordered. I will keep the item, as it does have good reviews. I will give this item a try instead of returning it. I will leave a positive response,, but at the same time noting ther error in item.
