There was a small dent on the base and within 30 minutes of me notifying the supplier they had resolved the problem and are sending by 24 hr post a new part. It is so nice to deal with a supplier who is very responsible, I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone. I purchased a new kitchen tap and it is great value for money.
