  The photos this seller provided were not representing the item properly. They hid a section of the item that was a key area with an advertising piece for their eBay store. The address box with Sharpie was hidden. While messaging them they used excuses and never admitted that they made a mistake in the representation of the item. It was a low priced item so it is not worth the time or postage to send back to them. This was a very unsatisfactory purchase and the first one I have had on eBay.

  Tired to make it right... Offered a 25% discount or for the buyer to return for full refund — buyer refused both. We would have lost money either way, but wanted to make buyer happy. The buyer thought that this was a news stand issue — it was never portrayed as such. The buyer took exception that the address field on the magazine was blacked out as we did not want our address all over the internet.

  Perhaps go in the app and remove the item from the bound account before selling. I had to get zmodo customer service involved. It wasn't a big deal but pushed back my setup for a day. Delivery and condition was a described.
