    The item was dispatched and arrived promptly but unfortunately on opening the wrong item had been sent. I cannot fault the customer service- I contacted the company by email and phone the next day, had an immediate phone message to apologise for the mistake and that the correct item was being sent out tracked next day delivery - and it duly arrived today . Excellent service thankyou.

    The item was dispatched the day after ordering and it was delivered to me earlier than expected which was great! It was wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard so was well protected! The receiver was very happy with the personalised glass! I didn’t see it close up as I didn’t unwrap the packaging before giving it as a secret Santa gift but I heard the receiving person say that it was amazing!
