  Seller was responsive to my pre-purchase inquiry. This seller assured me all products they ship are checked for completeness and correctness prior to listing and shipping. I had been overly concerned because three different sellers failed at this when I ordered a Kwikset Juno knob entry lock. Two didn't send keys and one sent a different model. This purchase was the experience any buyer would want. I received the proper lock and keys with everything else Kwikset has in their retail package.

  Great seller but item arrived damaged. Seller was apologetic & quickly agreed to a refund. Return shipping was set up in minutes. I wish the finish had not been damaged; the product was very good quality & and excellent value. Item arrived on time.
