  I ordered the item on 17th August, it was dispatched (in Scotland) on the 18th, travelled through the postal system on the 19th and was delivered to me in Sussex on the morning of the 20th August. It was as described and well packed. I have bought from this seller on numerous occasions and have always found the service excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again or recommend them to others.

  The item is exactly as described and arrived sooner than expected. It was packaged well enough to stop it from moving around and becoming broken or damaged. Overall pretty good value for the item. No complaints from me

  Thank you the paints arrived in excellent condition no squashed box. Quality and appearance were exactly as described and shown in the advert, good value for money although the postage was a little high, but I am just grabbing at straws. excellent service thank you again.

  Thank you for your purchase! Regarding postage prices, I currently subsidise Tracked 24 by around 5% and Tracked 48 by 10%. It's true I could use 1st Class and 2nd Class but the difference in pricing is very small, 10 pence for 1st/T24 and with my current prices I would need to pay 17% and 22% of the cost myself.

  Fantastic customer service from this seller, when I had placed this order I had also ordered another item with it, forgetting that 2 days earlier I had already ordered that item, when it turned up I sent a question if my cards were being sent out separately? They messaged me back and noticed that I had ordered the item already and was that a mistake? I said it was and could they not send that part and refund me for it, they did some some companies wouldn't of bothered telling me, 10/10 service

  great brand new. well packaged to avoid any damage. seller communication excellent due to a delay beyond their control as this was a pre-order item. will happily order again from same seller.
