  A beautiful crystal chandelier which was purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. The wuality was excellent. It was packaged perfectly and the price was amazing. Add in fast shipping and it was great. Now I have to wait until the weather gets better before I can see it installed. The seller was a great communicator and the description on the money.   This wound up being a really great transaction! Item arrived immediately, it's clearly of great quality, and is really beautiful. As it turned out, we didn't wind up needing it, per se. I messaged the seller about a return. The response was immediate, and they offered a compromise with a partial refund. The offer was more than fair, and we opted to keep the item. An A+ transaction from an A+ seller!!! They 100% were great to communicated, great to respond. Very pleased!

  Very fast shipping! I received messages when the item was shipped and delivered. The items were as described. The boxes were damaged and came wet. I am so glad they were individually packed. I will order from this seller again.

  I’ve been using these items for years, and they are fantastic! This seller has excellent communication. While there was a shipping mistake, they responded quickly and resolved it ASAP, which is all I could ask for. Great seller—I highly recommend both them and the product!

  I received the 5 fragile items as described but the items wrapped in foam were shipped in a poly bag that was stuffed into my mail box. one of the items was broken, not the fault of the seller but I would send these items in a hard side envelope to avoid the items being bent in the poly bag.

  I never received the item I ordered. The wrong item was sent. I contacted the seller. It took two days to get a response. They asked if I wanted a refund. I answered if they could send the correct item within a day, I would take it. A replacement was sent. Again, it was the wrong item, same as before. After another back and forth and supplying pictures to the seller, they finally issued a refund. The seller was not in possession of the item in the listing, rather they used a fulfillment center.
