  Originally ordered the wrong size. Seller graciously accepted an exchange. Product was well packaged, very well protected. Shipping was handled right away, but the USPS seemed to have misplaced my order as delivery took a while. I'll save this seller.

  I’ve purchased countless items on eBay, and the customer service experience that I received from palo143 is easily the best I’ve ever received. I decided, sort of at the last minute, that I really wanted to wear a pin to support a loved one at an important event in her life. Even though I offered to pay extra for a faster shipping method, palo143 shipped the pin via Priority Mail at their own expense. 500 characters is not enough to fully express my gratitude for this seller; just truly special.
