However, their part (DWP) was negative. They rang the bell to Apt 601 just past 1200 noon, by the time I got down to the ground floor in the lift they had gone, leavng a pick up note ouside the main door. Telling me to pick it up from their locker. I am afraid that you have lost further business with me while you use DWP as a delivery service.
