    High quality card in very good condition considering the age. Value is there EXCEPT for tariff but that’s not the seller’s fault. It does deter me from buying cards from USA though; hard to get good value with exchange, delivery, tax and import duties. That said, very happy with seller, packaging, appearance and the fact that I am one card closer to finishing this set.
