  excellent seller policy, the first delivery got lost somewhere, seller refunded the money, no questions asked . ordered again, delivery was good the second time. I am sure the first order was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company or driver not reading the address correctly .

  Falsely advertised item. Clearly stated in advert banner 'black'...was sent grey when there wasn't even a grey colour option! Item is also poorly manufactured made from low quality foam...there are much better quality foam eaves fillers on the market for the same price. Seller totally unresponsive and unwilling to help in return of item unlike most sellers who are more than willing to help out when it is clearly their deception.

  All good the condition and packaging was good the dispatch was speedy and the item fitted perfectly for the purpose intended. The seller also responded to my query very quickly and reassuringly - would head here again for any similar needs.
