  No problem with seller sending parcel, as it was addressed correctly, but it was sent to Taipei by airlines I can only assume! (I live in New Zealand) which created a substantial delay with the delivery to me. Arrived today, packaged well. Haven't watched yet obviously, so hope all is good with the dvd's when I do watch them. Look as described. All good.

  The item wasn't reset as described but the seller responded immediately and refunded the full purchase cost within an hour or so of receiving my message. Very honest and helpful seller to deal with.
