    The item arrived in a reasonable time frame and as described. The packaging was great and in the original box with the original instruction manual, tools and other accessories. The value was exceptional considering it was a third of the price if it were new. After receiving the carton stapler I tested it and it worked great, even being well used. I spoke with the seller before ordering. He answered right away and was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I highly recommend this seller!

    Product was new and in working condition. Value was positive; quality I cannot comment on but the packaging was well cared for. Product arrived 4 days early than initially expected. Appearance was positive and as I expected. Correct color and product model. Would recommend this seller as they look to be a ln experienced and trustworthy source.

    Sent the wrong item. Didn’t respond to my message until I began the return process. Seems they send out wrong items pretty regularly-see reviews. Was never offered an apology, a simple “sorry for the mistake” but “I’ll look into what happened” what happened is I bought from an irresponsible ebayer. Their “mission statement” about caring about every order is obviously not true. Please learn from my bad experience.
