    I received a message about the item before it was shipped saying the card had damage and that it would still be shipped but the money I paid would be refunded. The communication was open and honest from the start. The customer care was top notch. Even though the card was damaged it was still packaged very well. Great service. Highly recommend.

    Card was exactly as described and shown in the images, and was packaged very well and even arrived in one of those thick cardboard envelopes. Postage time was really great too, didn't expect it to arrive so soon. Plus the card was a really great value so I'm glad I could get it as it's my favourite Pokemon. Will continue to order from here as it's just amazing.

    I'm so happy with the cards! They came protected in sleeves and a top loader and the envelope was also made of a thicker card material. It had rained but the cards were safe! Thanks so much :) I didn't have to contact the seller during this but 5 stars anyway

    The postage was fast and the card was packaged securely, preventing any damage. The card was in excellent condition as described and compared to other sellers, was a good price. I would recommend this seller.
