Our facility is smoke free with a separate area for inventory and shipping. We strive to ship next day, with the final goal being a smile on your face when you open the package. If anything prevents that, please give us the chance to fix it. I promise, we will if possible. Shipping prices, delivery, and weather are all out of our control. The rest we can usually handle.
