  Excellent seller! I highly recommend them! When I received my Halloween signage, one of the spiders was missing. As soon as I contacted the seller, they responded immediately wanting to make it right. As a result, we were able to come up with a solution that both of us agreed on. Own_Your_Habitat is definitely a seller I would buy from again.

  I was very satisfied by this seller. I'm sad to say that the faucet that I bought was soon found to be dysfunctional. I understood that I was not buying a new item, and that there were signs that it had been previously installed. The seller was apologetic and very clear on how I should proceed. The return and refund proceeded very smoothly and quickly. I took a chance and it didn't work out, but I'm good with this!

  Shipping and packaging were both very good. The shower combo components were as shown in the pictures. The quality of the parts was better than expected. The real test is ahead when we begin the installation. Since that is months away we hope all the necessary parts were included.
