  Probably the worst eBay seller I have dealt with in the past decade. The item (a set of wrenches) was poorly packaged, and fell out of the box in mid-transit. When a mostly-empty box arrived, the Seller was very rude and difficult to deal with. Did not immediately offer a refund - forced me to go through eBay to resolve. The Seller even called me "entitled" and forced me to go to the post office to return an empty box to him. Do not recommend dealing with this seller under any circumstances

  This buyer demanded a full refund within 10 minutes of delivery and refused to return the item, which is against eBay policy. We carefully package all orders, and while their claim was unusual, we immediately provided return instructions so eBay could review the matter. We are always happy to resolve legitimate issues, but refunds without returns are not permitted under eBay’s rules.

  Meter arrived well packed and in excellent condition. It is in excellent shape and looks like new. Has the original high quality leads that came with the meter. Very happy with the prompt shipping and the price. Don’t hesitate to do business, and hope for more transactions in the future.
