  Seller did shoddy job of packing the cassette deck, so it arrived damaged. One deck door was knocked out of place, a belt had come loose, the plastic panel that covers the LED readouts was knocked loose, a belt came off, a wire was unattached, and a couple of broken plastic pieces and four screws fell out. I initially requested a refund, but seller was so slow in responding that I attempted repairs myself. I was able to get it in working condition and kept it. Not a pleasant experience.
