  This guy took forever to ship the item,if I didn’t reach out 6 days after paying he may have never shipped.And when I received the item it was poorly packaged and damaged to the point that I couldn’t insert the battery and his solution was to return it at my cost at a loss to me.

  Hello, The item was shipped within eBay’s stated handling time and was not late. As for the issue, we followed eBay’s policy and offered a return for a full refund, but you did not respond. This is the standard resolution process eBay requires. We're always willing to work with buyers, but communication is key.
