  Crock arrived in perfect condition. Very well packaged (double boxed). Exactly as described. Shipped and arrived on time. Seller communicated one day delay in shipping waiting for appropriate packaging to arrive and it still arrived early.

  The box arrived today and to get it so quickly was great. I did want to share the picture attached to show you how the box arrived - in very poor shape and torn open. Thankfully everything was still inside, a miracle I will attribute to God considering it was nearly entirely open. Also, everything looks to be in unbroken condition. I would have been heart-broken otherwise. For the shipping cost I gave 5 stars not to be unfair to you...but if you can complain to the carrier-I'd do so. Thank you

  I am so sorry that happened and I will be contacting the carrier. I am stunned that nothing was broken! Especially the camel because it wasn't in the original box. Thank you for the positive feedback and your understanding.

  Excellent transaction. Expertly packaged and wrapped but postal service had damaged one corner of the box marked FRAGILE! NO fault of seller. Items are beautiful with the exception of the one broken china plate. Thankful no more were damaged! Thank you -
