  Great communication. Seller answered every question promptly. Parts were double boxed and arrived in perfect shape. (BTW, I had ordered the same part from a dealership and it shipped in a paper sleeve and arrived damaged and mangled beyond repair.) Fit was perfect. Great price. Made a huge difference on my Challenger. Best Ebay experience in a long time! Will buy from this seller again without hesitation!

  The shipping portion of the transaction was a bit confusing, I initially received a small piece of plastic instead, and they informed me that the actual item was being delivered via a different method. Although I initially didn’t believe it, the seller was truthful. The item arrived and is just as described. I’m happy with this, they did earn my trust.

  The seat cover arrived on time as scheduled. The seller contacted me to inquire if it was as described and if it fit my mower. At the time, I hadn't tried it, he followed up on his inquiry and when I finally did try it, I found it didn't fit, it was an error on my part. He made good as his policy and refund my money. I would definitely order from him again.

  Purchased item but never arrived. Seller did stay in communication with me throughout the entire process (1 month. From the time of purchase until I received a full refund) I know it was not sellers fault for item to get lost. After a part leaves their store, they have no control over it. We put our trust on big shipping companies to connect a seller and a buyer, but some how they manage to lose or damage packages. Unacceptable Still highly recommend seller because of his honesty and patience
