Due to personal disability and proximity to post office, I usually only drop off packages once or twice per week. If your purchase is time senstive, please let me know ahead of time, and I'll do my best to get it to you faster.

If you have an issue with quality or damage, please give me the opportunity to correct the issue. I pack with the same care I would use sending a family heirloom to my daughter...but I do ship glass and porcelain, so damage does happen despite my care.

I will combine shipping upon request, and will offer discounts on multiple item purchases, just let me know ahead of time.

    Cute desert boots came packaged in a bubble mailer. Shipping took a little extra time, but boots were as described, aside from a small hole along the left outer boot seam. Decent value for a well known brand. A+

    Arrived well packed and in condition described. The postal service did an awful job- pkg sat in Springfield, MO for a week. Just sat there. If the packing had been anything less than excellent I feel certain the swan would have been damaged. Will buy from again.
