  Absolutely my best-ever experience with customer service: prompt and careful packing and shipping, and dealing with a problem I encountered after I placed my order. This purchase was part of a Valentine's Day gift, and I worried a bit that the seller was on the east coast, and I am in Seattle ... I thought I was pushing it, but it arrived with days to spare! My new favorite seller!
