  I bought an older used belt sander. Shipping was reasonable and prompt. Once item was received, it did not work. Contact them immediately about the issue and they responded promptly. I asked for a full refund which they agreed to without any hassle. They sent a shipping label and covered the cost of return shipping. Once they received the item, I received a full refund. I will do business with this seller in the future.

  This purchase was an error on my end, being that I didn't realize it was Local Pickup only. The Seller actually sent me a Message before I had even caught it. They quickly canceled and refunded my purchase, and were very kind and understanding about my mistake. Wonderful customer service from this seller.

  The product I received was not what I ordered. When I contacted the seller, they advised me to simply return it, as they don't have one that fits the description I purchased. Furthermore, the Pro was locked, preventing me from accessing the computer; I informed the seller about this issue as well; however, the seller failed to respond. I am in the process of sending it back, but this is a significant disappointment because I intended to gift it to my nephew for graduation.
