    Seller was quick to ship and quick to respond. Initial order had a rare defect and seller did everything he could to make things right, which was super appreciated. I bought two items from seller and therefore was willing to make a deal and consolidate shipping charges. Items appeared to be brand new.

    Item was exactly as described but packaged with other items I also ordered from the same seller. Instead of saving on shipping, I was billed shipping for each item. Two items were in the same package. Sent an email to the seller without any response or offer to provide a refund of some of the shipping.

    to me the test of a seller doesn't come from a perfect sale, it comes from how they deal with a problem or a return. This is a great seller - I got the band and had a little issue with it. He accepted a no hassle and fast return. The communication before the sale was good too. Despite the problem I had, I would buy from this seller again.
