  The high heels were advertised as new, but should be advertised as new with defects. The pictures of the defects were basically hiding the defects. Packaging was good and shipping time was very good. Thanking card was, OK but not necessary. I bought similar shoes from another reseller who pictured the smallest defects CLEARLY, however insignificant the defect were..
