    Seller sent me a polite email shortly after purchase, shipped out of California. Great care provided for package security. Part is for my Mercedes e350, and it appears to be OEM and in very good condition despite it being listed as used. I haven’t installed it yet but I would do business with this seller again. I am happy with my purchase.

    I didn't notice the item was missing a part but they were understanding and gave me a full refund anyways. My only suggestion would be to mention any issues in the title of the listing to avoid any confusion but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Excellent service and would deal with them again. Thank you!

Please take a look at the listing and you will see that we DID mention the defect on the product in our ad both in the description as well as in the item condition section of the ad. That is why the item was discounted significantly compared to other comparable items.
