  Item was “used” but in better shape than it appeared in pictures. Package was sent out in a timely manner but shipping was delayed due to weather and must have gotten stuck somewhere. I messaged the seller and received a prompt reply and they filled a missing package request to get the ball rolling again. Thanks, would buy from in the future!

  Great shipping, great packaging, arrived just as described and it was a great value. I see a lot people trying to sell craftsman ratchets and calling them (rare) . Craftsman was one of the biggest tool sellers in the US nothing they sold is rare. This KAL USA ratchet is truly rare. I have seen one other one and I it was a pro america, which is even rarer ...Awesome twin pawl design. Great seller.

  Great transaction! Issue with USPS and seller was super quick to assist with filing a missing package request! Will buy again for sure! Additionally, seller made an adjustment for shipping cost as it was less than quoted on the auction!
