  Very Positive! Great experience. Product was better than advertised. Like brand new - must have been a demo item, not used. Arrived earlier than promised, well packaged. There was one item missing. I contacted the seller late in the afternoon and the next morning he had shipped out a NEW, not used replacement! Such service. After having the hearing aids "adjusted" for my ears, I am extremely pleased with them. And on top of all this, it was a great value price wise!

  Delivered within time frame as described with free shipping. Well packaged to avoid damage. I also ordered the Oticon battery door opener tool. It had a $4.99 shipping charge. However, they put both shipments in one package, and I feel it should have shipped for free instead of the charge. At least I can hear again. I would buy again.

  For units that had been used, it was hard to tell the difference from "New" speaker units! Great price, a fraction of the price of new. Well packaged to prevent any possible damage from USPS. Arrived ahead of the tentative delivery even though the Seller used USPS. Very happy with the units, they work very well, Great price, great service and a Seller that I will deal with in the future!
