I contacted the seller and they were very helpful with tracking on their end as this was an international order. Very easy to communicate with when I needed help. The packages arrived somewhat damaged, the boxes were pretty beat up and not in ideal condition, but otherwise, the reels themselves were not damaged. But everything else came as expected. Definitely easy to work with and good Seller.

Item did not move from the warehouse until I started questioning its status. Seller did respond to e mails through EBAY but provided a tracking number that couldn't be found. Seller did respond with the actual number. Item did not arrive on time but I was able to see it moving along.

Despite my several attempts of contacting the seller they stopped communication. Item turned up yesterday 6/1, a month after I ordered. Item arrived bubble wrapped, not even in a box for protection. Good item for the price but too many negative aspects relating to this purchase. Would never purchase from again.
