  Took a little longer to arrive than expected. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful with tracking on their end as this was an international order. Very easy to communicate with when I needed help. The packages arrived somewhat damaged, the boxes were pretty beat up and not in ideal condition, but otherwise, the reels themselves were not damaged. But everything else came as expected. Definitely easy to work with and good Seller.

  Item is listed as being located in Australia however it was actually in China. Item did not move from the warehouse until I started questioning its status. Seller did respond to e mails through EBAY but provided a tracking number that couldn't be found. Seller did respond with the actual number. Item did not arrive on time but I was able to see it moving along.

  Very poor customer service. When only half yhe order arrived seller told me to follow up with courier service myself. Overcharged extremely with freight. Batteries packed in flimsy books which feel apart in transit instead of the heavy duty boxes the manufacturers put them in. BEWARE AND DONT USE THIS SELLER

  I made a purchase from this supplier for reason about a month ago and they put wrong address for delivery and I never got it..I contacted you and you got me a full refund..I then reordered the same product form same supplier and again they put a wrong address for delivery and I have not received my order..I would like another refund due to their incompetence
