    The item arrived two days sooner than expected and in better condition than described. Osaka-Camera packaged the equipment extremely carefully to avoid damage. The seller was professional and communicated regularly. They thoughtfully left a personal note and other souvenir items, which was a nice touch. I received a good value, considering market conditions compared to similar items. I will seek to use Osaka-Camera for purchases and highly recommend them.

    Better than described! Arrived 48 hours after placing order all the way from Japan - impressive! Great communication. Appreciated seller providing shutter count on camera, many do not, makes choosing much easier. DHL shipping provided tracking updates. Very pleased, great experience from great seller.

    The packaging was immaculate and the camera and lens are in pristine condition. I couldn't be happier. Everything arrived as advertised and quickly at that. The one negative was that I had to pay additional import duties into the UK, but apart from that, this purchase was a perfect experience.
