    I loved the item, and despite the box condition, it was packaged very well. The seller was excellent with communication—responding within an hour every time, which I really appreciated. I'm leaving a neutral review because the item was ordered on the 7th but wasn't shipped until the 12th. I chose this seller specifically because of their 5-star shipping rating, so the delay was disappointing. Maybe it was just a fluke, but I felt like I had to keep following up to understand why the item hadn't
