  Items new, as described and the photographs are a good representation of the products. Excellent value for the price, great quality pens and ink. Love their look and style. Items were well packaged, dispatch and delivery were at the earlier end of the promised time, quicker than expected. Communications were excellent, promptly confirming payment and dispatch.   Communication from seller was outstanding, they messaged me to let me know when it was being shipped and provided me with a tracking number.   These guys were fantastic. Kept me very informed all the way to delivery. A signature was required, which is also great thinking. The watch arrived well packaged and brand new as advertised. And way ahead of the estimated delivery date. It needed a battery as indicated on the outside of the box, so that was a nice heads up. My watch guy here installed the battery and commented on how unique the watch was. I highly recommend this seller.
