  Highly recommend this shop (Orsted designs). Item arrived 3 weeks before the estimated arrival date and was carefully packed. Excellent value as well, priced very fairly. Most importantly, seller is a consummate professional with excellent customer service. The item had a defect that the seller couldn't have noticed. After I let them know, they worked with me to have it fixed. They reimbursed me for the cost of repair. Communication was exceedingly polite, fast, and helpful. Highly recommend!

  Great buy! I’m very happy with my overseas purchase! Item has been packed securely and received quickly from Japan to Australia. Seller is legit and responds to all my questions. Seiko watch is new, authentic with box and card. It works well and looks awesome! Good value for money too! I highly recommend this seller!

  I can’t stress enough how great this figure is, if you’re a fan of the anime it’s definitely worth picking up! That being said, the item itself and everything pertaining to it was excellent. The packaging was perfect, the item unopened as advertised, intact, looks really good, purchased at a comparatively good price, and it arrived at a good time. Needless to say, the sellers did an amazing job, and had great communication about the item, highly recommended!

  Item was just as described and brand new, still sealed! It was packaged neatly and there were no dents on the box either. Definitely affordable compared to other places I've seen, especially for what comes in the box. Seller was kind enough to reach out about shipping times, and I was surprised that it shipped much faster than the anticipated delivery date. Would purchase from this seller again!

  Seller kept in contact to let me know of shipping delays, and kept me updated when the shipping time was expected to arrive sooner. The order itself was heavily protected in FedEx packaging and bubble wrap, with a selected slip of cardboard to provide support. The boxes of the figures arrived with no damages, and the figures themselves are in great condition. I'm really happy with this seller.
