  My first purchase was lost but my replacement was delivered within 4 days. I am so happy with my purchase. I was a little sad when the first package didn’t come in but the jeweler was very helpful and responded swiftly. They asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund and apologized for what had happened with USPS losing my package. They sent the replacement within 3 days after I reached out.
