  New item in package, as described. No issues with any part of communication with seller. Shipped on time. Hermie is one of the endearing characters from the old Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer stop action movie. He hangs on my Christmas tree now. Thanks for the trinket

  The only way to leave feedback in less than 7 days is to check that my experience is Positive with the seller. I did receive the ornament in a timely manner but it was broken. I have attached three pictures showing the break (circled in blue) from different angles. Please either replace this ornament or refund my money (I would prefer a replacement).

  The seller originally sent the wrong ornament but when I messed them about the error they immediately sent out a new one to correct the issue and it still arrived before Christmas. The were pretty responsive and helpful
