  The used headlight I ordered was shipped, and although the description of the item indicated that it had one broken tab, it was a surprise when I received the light that it had a broken support as well. After speaking with the seller, he rectified the situation and made sure I was satisfied with the services provided. I appreciate what they ve done for me and would surely buy from them again, knowing this is the kind of support they offer.

  The seller has reached out and rectified my issue by submitting a partial refund, as I got the chance to keep the product, avoiding the need to return the already installed part

  My taillight arrived in only 3 days. It was securely packaged and arrived as described. This seller saved me at least $400 vs buying a new one from the dealership. If I ever need another part, there will be no hesitation to order again.

  Thanks arrived as described packaged extremely well. Shipped the next day. And great price thanks appreciate yall. No lie the packaging was legit. Loved how they came in the box all cushioned no way they could have gotten damaged

  Shipped SUPER fast, even though it was Christmas week and got here on the 27th (Friday. Item was exactly as described, just a few barley noticeable scuffs and dings. They packed it very well because they obviously know that UPS is not the most gentle of shippers. They where kind enough to send one with a trunk release button even though the one pictured didn't have on, a slight time saver for me as I wont have to remove the one from the tail light assembly I'm replacing.

  Excellent customer service. I ordered a light that got damaged in shipping (but was otherwise in as good or better shape than described) - they responded to my messages promptly and we had the issue remedied within 24 hours.
