  Arrived in good condition. Packaging seemed excessive. Product worked as advertised. Price was reasonable for a hard to locate 26 year old automotive CD player. Appearance was not a consideration. Outrageously expensive for "standard" shipping to a post office box. Shipping cost was much more than the cost of the CD player itself. Almost didn't purchase the product because of the high cost of shipping but I really needed it.

  Terrific value, quality product & World Class Cust Serv/Communication. The seller encourages you to call when in doubt of application so I called to confirm mine and talked to Joe. What a terrific guy. Extremely knowledgeable and very professional as he answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Said if for any reason I wasn't satisfied he would gladly accept my return and refund my money. Sellers like Original Car Audio are few and far between. Buy here with confidence!!!

  Amazing!! Got the stereo back and it works perfectly! So glad I went this route. A new unit at the dealer was $1,000. Great customer service, Jon was able to answer all my questions the same day. I believe they mailed it back to me within 3 days of them receiving it. I am so impressed. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

  Great Seller and would definitely purchase from them again. Seller reached out for confirmation on part number of my existing amp this was replacing prior to shipment to ensure fit and was going to work. Person talked with was very friendly and professional and explained the whole process including core exchange.

  I would buy from this seller again. Item was as described and arrived quickly. So far works so well and I am glad to again be able to use my back up camera and phone connection on my car. They have been really good to work with and kept me in the loop with good communication. Only problem is with my return of my item since it has not gotten back to them yet. I would definitely buy from them again.

  The quality of item is amazing, condition is great, also Camden at a good price. It looks just as described and fit my vehicle. I liked that they reached out to verify part number and fit befire shipping. Tremendous customer support and would definitely buy from again.
