    Very reasonable shipping time and nicely packaged. While carpet appeared essentially as shown in photos, the pile was not deep nor soft enough for our living room requirements. We sincerely thank the seller for graciously accepting the return of this rug and crediting us for the cost of the purchase.

    The rug is lovely, the pictures describe it well it is well worth the price. Shipping was timely. The rug was wrapped well in many layers of solid wrapping and attached to a shipping pallet.
