  The item is brand new. The problem is it is the WRONG item. The Ad description said "CHROME" but it came black. The Seller then said just install it when I already have an existing black one on the car. I requested for a refund and the Seller (o-trim) said it would cost too much to ship back so he offered a $250 refund from the $632 I paid o-trim. I DEMAND A REFUND!!!
