  We decided to give this vendor a try. Packaging was great, came in reasonable time. The problem is the product advertised at 30% potency. Testing showed 9.6%. It was completely missing 3 of the 6 psychoactive kavalactones. We gave them a chance, thinking maybe they had some kind of mistake…. We have regularly purchased natural unprocessed kava that was higher. But they offered $10 off which is an insult. Don’t waste your money.

  the item did not arrive in the package shown. the capsules were in a brown bag with no indication of the number of capsules or the ratio.
