  Good transaction and communication. The item was sent quickly, well wrapped and arrived safely. It just wasn’t the same as the item described, unfortunately. It was a lower strength. The seller offered a refund but I decided to keep it.

  I have contacted the seller and they proceeded to continue there deception of quantity of items. The clear intention was to indicate that there were 3 tubes in the purchase. Now they are saying that 3 refers to 3.5 grams of ointment. This item retails for approximately $10.00 per tube. I was charged $30.89 delivered for one tube. I want my money Back! $30.89 I am a satisfied long time Ebay customer and trust that this will be quickly resolved. I know that Ebay would not support fraud.

  Unfortunately, my order was delivered to the wrong address so I never received it. However, upon realizing this error, the seller graciously refunded my entire purchase. I would definitely do business with this seller again in the future.
