Seller said would resend some priority mail. Still didn't arrive. Item turned up eventually after contacting them three times. Packaging slightly different with no mention of blepharitis or demodox. Hopefully it will still work. Have used this seller before with fewer problems. They were cheaper than buying them from the chemist and there is no difference .They arrived flat packed so was able to go through the letter box, assembling the box was no problem. Item arrived in very good time and free postage. Great service
