    Item arrived quickly but was not the item ordered (it was for a diesel engine) contacted supplier passing on relevant photos to confirm incorrect item. A replacement was immediately despatched which arrived the next day. When purchasing anything online, a good seller is one that resolves issues quickly and without fuss. Which is why I have given 5 stars.

    Good value for money.. excellent seller with great communication and customer service. Had a gallon of engine oil spill in the past and received another gallon next day. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to use opie oils. Great service

    Packaging could have been better, the parcel tape was flimsy and the end of the edges of the parcel had not been taped shut. The oil was ready to fall out the box. I work as a Storeman and packer so know good packaging when i see it, or not. Fast delivery though and a good price.

    Quality is always great with Castrol. Condition was good, While more expensive then other oils, I have always purchased Castrol for all my vehicles (including HGV, CARS, LAWN MOWERS etc), Appearance is good. Have purchased this item before from this e-seller, had no problems at all and will continue to do so again. Delivery was on time, communication was perfect, Most certainly a fantastic e-seller.
