    Very fast shipping process. The box is a bit beat up and there are two small indentations on the item itself, but only noticeable upon very close inspection. The functionality of the case isn't affected at all. The box was definitely opened before, but the case is very clean. The screen protectors were packaged inside the case, causing some small bending on the corner of one of them. I am satisfied with the overall quality and look, and the price can't be beat. Great seller! I would recommend.

    I purchased a replacement battery for the Arctic 9X headset. The battery worked as described and was packaged well. The seller shipped the item very quickly after purchase. I would definitely recommend this seller in the future.

    Pole was damaged in the process of delivery. I contacted seller and they were more than happy to help and got right on it! Very kind and respectful people. I’d buy again just because of how well they handle the situation. Also the damage wasn’t the sellers fault it was caused by poor handling by the delivery drivers.
