  Item arrived as described. New and unopened. Seems to be of good quality and value for money. Appearance is as expected for a radiator. Only grumble was the tracking for the delivery wasn't very good as the link led me to a Chinese website without English text. Minor grumble. Other than that I would highly recommend. Good seller

  A+++ Unfortunately the product was damaged in transit, but the seller was brilliant in responding and issuing a refund without any problems, I would of had taken a replacment but i nedeed the part sooner than what was possible. thank you for your great service it's unfortunate for both about the unlucky circumstance.

  May of got the wrong part sent but seller was more than fair to resolve the issue which I'd say they are positive seller's and help straight away any problems you have

  Purchased arrived damaged. Sent out the damaged parts with more damaged parts, then offered a small refund, communication is slow and feel like you’re repeating yourself every message. Initial postage was quick but the replacement parts must have been posted by a blind pigeon. Look like could have been good but unfortunately poor packaging =damaged product. Lesson learned buy the real thing.
