  arrived on time, shipped and packed with care, this is the angel with the head broken off at the neck, so not as described,hence the refund. she is still lovely mid century california pottery, by artist jean manley. her figures require very careful packing, lots and lots of bubble wrap! unbroken, she has value, broken, not so much! but i am thankful to the seller for believing me and giving me a refund for her! thank you!

  Fast shipping and the price was good for an original. The item arrived with a rip on the front of the outer packaging. Not terribly concerning since it’s just the outer holder of the templates but I would’ve appreciated a heads up about this since the item was listed as “new.” Contacted the seller and it sounds like they were aware of the rip prior to shipping. Packaging was concerning in my opinion, the cardboard only covered part of the item.

  It came here within the time frame it was supposed to, the packaging was just fine. Everything was as described. The value including shipping and taxes made me feel like I was paying for the entire thing at full price but it's absolutely worth it. I can't wait to start using this more!
