Absolutely terrible. This was the worst packaging I’ve seen in over 25 years of buying musical equipment online. Zero cushion, the box was barely held taped together.
I was sure the amp wouldn’t pass sound, shocked it did. The internals sustained damage and at least one tube socket was jarred loose. Luckily, I only need the cabinet. Otherwise, this would be going back.
Terrible job by the seller, would never deal with again.

Oh no,,I am deeply sorry for that! I right now would sincerely wish and pray that you would return the item and I WILL PAY for the shipping myself! Please that was NOT my intent at all! Please I would certainly prefer to have the item back and will not only issue the refund but as I said I WILL pay the shipping! I cannot apologize enough to you.
